This exhibition of urban cowboys and cowgirls occurs during Atlanta Celebrates Photograph month and features work by photographers Julie Yarbrough, Debra Mosley, and Connie Cross. They explain: “We have travelled as far west as California and as far south as Savannah to take a peek into the life of the riders on the ranch, which is hidden by the city skylines and the hustle and bustle of cars, trains, and planes.” Most but not all of the riders are African Americans who own and care for the horses. Some started riding horses as young as three and are still riding at the age of 85. This exhibition is free and open to the public.
